You pay the fee in US dollar (online) and we will start on your project after you let us know about the details of payment.

The Retouch Center team will finish your project according to the timetable and the link will be sent to you.

How can I submit an order on your website?

How can I upload my images?

You can use authentic upload centers such as wetransfer.com, google-drive, dropbox, etc. and send us the link to the related image.

How can I receive my orders?

We use wetransfer.com and send the links to you via e-mail.

Can I receive my orders prior to the schedule?

Yes, this service is provided for our customers with an extra charge.

In which currency shall I pay the submission fees? And are there any tax included?

All the prices are in US Dollar after considering taxes. You should pay the fees in US $ and only through paypal.com.

I have an order that is not included in your predefined template. How shall I submit it?

You can submit your order according to your desirable parameters. We evaluate the cost and let you know about that.

Can I have my post-product with open layers?

No. your orders will be delivered to you as single-layer images with your desired format.

Where is Retouch Center and who performs the retouch?

The support center for RC is in Canada and your orders are performed by our professional retouchers all over the world under the license of RC with the highest quality.

Can I have an order as a sample for free?

No.

Is it possible for a retoucher to consider my personal style in retouching my images?

Absolutely yes. In the submission process, you can choose samples of skin texture, skin tone, etc. and we will employ your personal preferences.

I have too many images to order. How can I afford all of them?

there is no limitation for the number of orders. You can have as many as you want and all the orders would be delivered according to the schedule.

How long does it take?

After receiving your order and prior to the payment, the delivery time will be announced to the customer.

What is the professional area of your activity?

Beauty and fashion.

Do you accept orders for wedding photos and advertisement?

These orders will be reviewed by the team and the response will be delivered to the customer in a timely manner.

Is there any minimum for the number of orders? Is there any contract?

No way. No minimum, no contract.

Could I cancel my order after registration?

No, after finishing the submission process, you can’t cancel the order.

Can I ask for further edition after receiving my post-product?

Yes, you have 48 hours to send enquiries regarding further edition and you will receive the final format according to the schedule.

How long do you keep my photos in your archive?

We keep all your data for 31 days and after that, it will be deleted.
